Hastings Branch – Tongoio Falls Outing
Hastings Branch – Tongoio Falls – On 16 August, the Hastings branch members held a social event on Sunday Morning. We all met at the Tongoio Falls car park and proceeded to walk up to Tongoio Falls calling in at Te Ana Falls on the way. The weather was a typical HB day ie perfect.
It was lovely to see such a good turnout and to meet up with partners and spouses. We even had an optimistic member with a child and buggy.
Jack and Gillian had catered for a BBQ lunch which they had well underway on our arrival back at the start. After a great feed and cuppa, we headed home and everyone is eagerly looking forward to what the committee has planned for our next event on 15 November.
